Built in 1976, La Jolla Boulevard Condominiums are located in the San Diego coastal community of La Jolla. Just north of Pacific Beach, the property is part of the southernmost neighborhood in La Jolla, Bird Rock. Developed in 1906, Bird Rock gained a small measure of notoriety in 2011 when the MTV show The Real World was filmed there.
