New Loan Application Page Designed To Assist Borrowers

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 22, 2012

loan applicationVA Home Loan Centers (VAHLC), a San Diego-based organization that specializes in VA Loans and helping veterans, active-duty military and their families with home ownership, has redesigned its online application process. The new format, which can be accessed through the company’s Web site, vahomeloancenters.org, is designed to eliminate borrower confusion and speed up the approval process significantly.

Announcing the redesign, Philip Georgiades, Chief Loan Steward of VAHLC said, “At VAHLC we are dedicated to providing veterans, active-duty military and their families with the best and fastest way to access a VA loan.”

As well as speeding up the loan application-to-approval process, the redesign includes a host of new features including an easy-to-understand new format which is broken down into separate stages. Another addition is that the new application no longer requires a Social Security number.

Georgiades states that applicants need not worry about sensitive financial information as the application does not require it. However, in the event that the applicant chooses to enter sensitive data, the new application is secure and fully encrypted. “We take the confidentiality of our applicants’ data very seriously and the security of the online application is tested daily,” he adds.

Georgiades continued, “We know that sometimes this process can be stressful and difficult to understand, so with this redesign our intention is to make the whole experience simpler, faster and, most importantly, safer.”

VAHLC will be evaluating the effectiveness of its new loan application format during the next few months and, with input from borrowers, possibly make further improvements.

“Of course, any eligible borrower with questions about the new application can talk to us directly by chat, phone or in person. We’re here to serve,” Georgiades said.

Those eligible for a zero down VA loan include active-duty military, veterans (even those who have not seen conflict or combat), surviving spouses, and in some instances civilian Department of Defense employees. Through VAHLC VA home loan lenders are ready to provide eligible applicants with the funds to purchase their own home. Spouses of wounded, injured, missing, or ill military personnel are also eligible for the veterans’ benefit.

“Our Web site explains the many VA financing options and once you have made your decision, applying for a VA loan through our simple, secure application form is easy. We at VAHLC are committed to helping you every step of the way,” Georgiades adds.
