To apply for admission to the program you must meet certain eligibility standards.

1. Maintaining a positive license status.
2. Being a member in good standing with your local board of Realtors.
3. Meeting certification guidelines (standards of VA transaction knowledge).
4. Not a party to a criminal investigation or similar investigation by a state licensing authority.
